Snooker Tournament Software
From entry list to final frame, on one dashboard.
Brackets, auto-pairing, race-to-frames scoring, entry fees, and prize pool — all running on the same QuePot system your tables and café POS already use. Built for snooker, 8-ball and 9-ball tournaments at Pakistani clubs.
Everything a Snooker Tournament Needs, In One Module
Running a club tournament with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper brackets is how disputes start. QuePot covers the entire lifecycle — entry, draw, scoring, payout — natively.
Snooker, 8-ball pool and 9-ball pool — each as a first-class tournament sport. Run all three at the same club without separate tools.
Pick the bracket format on tournament creation. Single elimination for quick weekend events, double for fairness, round-robin for league weeks. No code changes, no plugins.
Match-level scoring rules. Best of 5 for early rounds, race-to-9 for finals — set it per match, results roll into the bracket in real time.
When a tournament moves to active, the balloting engine pairs the bracket automatically. Seed manually if you want; let the system handle it if you don't.
Per-player entry fee collection feeding into a tracked prize pool. Public prize amounts or hidden — operator's choice. Wallet entries log every rupee in and out.
Saturday-night frame challenge every week? Save the tournament config as a template and spin up a fresh event in one click — same format, same fees, fresh draw.
The Tournament Lifecycle, Step by Step
From the first sign-up to the trophy photo, here's how a club tournament flows through QuePot.
-
1Create the tournament (Draft)
Name it, pick the sport (snooker / 8-ball / 9-ball), choose format (single / double / round-robin), set match rules (best-of or race-to frames), and configure the entry fee and prize pool.
-
2Open registration
Move the tournament to Registration. Players sign up, entry fees go to the tournament wallet, and the participant list builds. A banner image surfaces it to walk-in visitors.
-
3Ballot & activate
When registration closes, run the balloting algorithm to pair the bracket. Re-pair if a player drops or a match changes — the bracket updates without breaking past results.
-
4Play & score live
Each match links to a real table session — so the same operator console that runs the club's normal billing also tracks tournament frames and updates the bracket on each result.
-
5Payout & complete
Final frame done. Prize pool gets paid out from the tournament wallet to the top finishers, every transaction logged. Tournament moves to Completed and stays in the player's history forever.
Standalone Tournament Tool vs Integrated
Why building tournament management into the same software the club already runs on matters more than a flashy standalone bracket app.
| Capability | Standalone bracket tool | QuePot Tournament Module |
|---|---|---|
| Shares player profiles with club billing | ❌ Separate user list | ✓ Same players, same ledgers |
| Entry fees collected through the till | ❌ External cash collection | ✓ Hits the cash register + reports |
| Tournament matches use real table sessions | ❌ No connection to tables | ✓ Each match links to a session |
| Prize pool tracked alongside daily revenue | ❌ Spreadsheet | ✓ Owner Transactions / wallets |
| Re-usable templates for weekly events | ⚠️ Manual recreate | ✓ One-click clone |
| Snooker / 8-ball / 9-ball under one roof | ⚠️ Often pool-only or snooker-only | ✓ All three formats native |

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to what owners and tournament organisers usually ask before signing up.
Can I run snooker, 8-ball and 9-ball tournaments on QuePot? +
Yes. Each tournament is created with a sport (snooker / 8-ball / 9-ball), a format (single elimination, double elimination or round-robin), and a match format (best-of-frames or race-to-frames). You can run all three sports under the same club without separate setups.
Does QuePot auto-pair players or do I draw brackets manually? +
QuePot has a built-in balloting engine that auto-pairs players when a tournament moves from registration to active. You can also seed manually if you prefer to control the bracket. Re-pairing handles walk-overs and disqualifications automatically.
Can I collect entry fees and track the prize pool? +
Yes. Each tournament has an entry fee (optional) and a prize pool (with an option to hide it from public view). Entry fee collections and payouts go through tournament wallets, with a full transaction log per player.
Do tournament matches show up on the same dashboard as regular sessions? +
Yes. Tournament matches are linked to the club's regular table sessions and POS orders, so the same operator dashboard, cash register, and billing rails handle them — no separate workflow, no separate reconciliation.
Can I save a tournament setup and run it again next week? +
Yes — tournament templates let you save the format, match settings, entry fee and prize structure once, and re-instantiate the event on demand for recurring weekly or monthly tournaments.
